Cadets, Wednesday September 4th is our return to cadets. Please check the Teams channel for details for tomorrow night.

Parents/Guardians, we ask that someone please attend the Ship after 2030hrs (8:30pm) tomorrow night to sign the Annual Validation form and the Code of Conduct.

Final fun night for this year is tonight.  Attendance is strictly voluntary, no need to advise if not attending.  

Regular timings to start at 1830 but pick up will be 2100hrs (instead of 2130hrs).

If you need uniform parts exchanged for summer training, please bring them in tonight.

ATTENTION! - All cadets attending on Saturday!

The attached form must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian and be handed to the XO upon arrival on Saturday.  (We acknowledge that some of you asked for this already but we had not yet received it until today.)

If you do not have access to a printer, hard copies will be available on Saturday morning however a parent/guardian must come in to the Ship to sign. 

You will not be permitted to get on the bus without a completed form.

Activity:           Year-End Trip – Tree Top Trekking

When:             Saturday, June 8, 2024

Dress:             Civilian Attire (appropriate for physical activity)

Drop off:         0800 at the Ship (bus leaves at 0830 sharp)

Pick up:           1730 at the Ship (approx.)

Lunch:             Lunch is provided, but you are welcome to bring some snacks, refillable water bottle with water, etc. (**reminder – this is a nut free space)

KIT LIST:

Note: you must have the following items with you:

• Health Card (must be the physical card, no photocopies)
• Re-fillable water bottle
• Running shoes with good ankle support;
• NO SANDALS;
• Shorts/pants/t-shirts for the weather;
• Sunscreen;
• Hat;
• Sunglasses with strap.
